Suzanne and Blanche Mante, lead dancers for the Opéra de Paris, enact a variation of an 18th-century galant scene with one dressed as a woman swooning onto the chest of the other dressed as a man. Divided verso; notice printed full width indicating "Tous les pays étrangers n'acceptent pas la correspondance au recto. Se renseigner à la poste”. Printed on verso: Two five-point stars followed by Série No 958. Hand-coloring includes gold highlights.
