OUTWORDS interview with Jamison Green, conducted by Mason Funk on May 12, 2017. Jamison Green is a writer, activist, and scholar. Jamison is the author of the award-winning book Becoming a Visible Man, first published in 2004. He was the first transgender person to receive the Distinguished Service Award from the Association of Gay and Lesbian Psychiatrists in 2009. From 2014-2016, he served as the second transgender person to be elected president of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
